| Scholarships and Financial Aid |

All prospective SUMMER and AUTUMN Intensive students interested in financial aid for 2008 should apply
before the deadlines listed on this page.
1) Please download the appropriate (Summer or Autumn) Intensive Program application from our
How to Apply page. Then review the additional information about Scholarships and Aid below.
2) You should note the scholarship(s) you wish to be considered for as part of your answer to #9
in our standard application.
3) A single applicant may apply for both aid programs, but the total individual award is never more than 50% of course tuition.
Housing is not included.
i. Financial Aid for SUMMER and AUTUMN Intensive Students
a) Waterway Fellowships
Two merit-based awards for applicants under age 30.
$1500 - $2000 USD tuition reduction award, based on portfolio review.
Applicants should send six (6) images of recent work from life with their standard application.
b) Jouffrault Scholarships
Two need-based awards for applicants of any age.
$1000 - $2000 USD work-study awards, based on demonstrated economic need.
Work-study includes landscaping and gardening, daily maintenance in studio A, or special projects; 5 - 10 hrs/week.
When to Apply
2008 Summer Intensive Scholarship Deadline:
November 15, 2007
2008 Autumn Intensive Scholarship Deadline:
March 15, 2008
