Tuition Payment Policies - 2011 SUMMER INTENSIVE
Summer Intensive priority applications will be accepted until January 1, 2011.
Summer Intensive tuition payments will be requested upon notification of admission,
on or around January 5, 2011.
Summer tuition will be required paid in full no later than January 19, 2011
NOTE: Tuition payments are NON-TRANSFERABLE after payment, and tuition refunds are
subject to strict conditions. See below.
Tuition payments are accepted in euros by wire transfer only.
(Slightly variable bank fees will apply to all payment types). Sorry, no personal checks.
NOTE: All applicants have the option to pay their tuition and rent in US dollars by credit card,
courtesy of Paypal.com (add 3.5% service charge). Contact us for full details.
Housing Assignment and Payment - 2011 SUMMER INTENSIVE
Housing assignment begins March 16, 2011. Housing is assigned in the order that applications were received.
Rent for the entire 3-month term must be paid in full no later than April 24, 2011.
Individual housing costs are roughly 650 euros per month per person, including all utilities.
Fully furnished and outfitted housing; rent includes water, heat, electricity and WiFi DSL internet access. No phone service.
Full housing payment may include a partial-month's rent as security deposit against any eventual breakage.
Refund Policies - 2011 SUMMER INTENSIVE
A 50% Summer Intensive tuition refund will only be honored if requested by February 16, 2011.
PLEASE NOTE: As a matter of policy, Summer Intensive applications received after January 1 have no refund option.
After February 16, 2011, Summer tuition is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
NO tuition refund requests can be honored after that date for any reason.
Housing payments are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE at time of payment.
Cancellation Policy - 2011 SUMMER INTENSIVE
If for any reason the Summer 2011 course is completely cancelled before May 19, 2011 -- due to any unforeseeable event on our
part -- a 100% tuition refund will be available to enrolled students.
Studio Escalier accepts no responsibility for any student loss associated with
unrecoverable travel costs or reservations.
